Thomas “Bumpy” Osteen, MAI, has been in the local real estate business for over 30 years and carries a wealth of knowledge across a broad spectrum. Tom graduated from Florida State University in 1976 with a degree in business. Tom in an owner and broker at Reef to Ranch Real Estate in addition to being the founder and former owner of Osteen Appraisal Services Inc., a brokerage corporation primarily focused on real estate appraisal and valuation related consultation. Tom’s career has included evaluation and analysis of all types of property in the area. He has served as an expert witness income of the area’s largest litigation hearings involving agricultural land and has successfully managed full cycle investment operations across various types of commercial and agricultural property types.
